Level Sensors & Float Switches
A level sensor or float switch (also known as a level switch) is typically required in bottle assemblies or bottle cap assemblies.
For additional information, see our full-length article on Level Sensors.
A single point level switch lets a user know when a single predetermined level of liquid is reached. Two configurations of a single point level switch are shown on the left side and on the right side of the picture above.
In other applications a multiple point level switch is required to monitor multiple liquid levels in a bottle. A 3 level multiple point level switch is shown in the middle of the picture shown here.
Whatever type of level sensor or float switch your design requires, Piedmont CMG is able to acquire it, assemble it and verify its functionality. We fully test and validate the functionality and reliability of all level sensing bottle assemblies and bottle cap assemblies before being packed for shipment.
